EZDZSEND Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 12, 2026

Last Updated: September 12, 2026

1. Who we are and what this notice covers

EZDZSEND LLC, located in Wyoming, United States (“EZDZSEND,” “we,” “us”), provides software for sellers to manage and deliver digital goods. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed and retained in connection with ezdzsend.com, our application, Buyer delivery pages, integrations and related support and account communications (the “Services”).

It covers website visitors, account holders and business contacts, people who contact us, and Buyers whose information we receive through a seller’s use of the Services. “Personal information” includes information linked or reasonably linkable to a person; an order identifier, IP address or transaction record can be personal information even if it does not contain a name.

This notice explains our practices; it is not a request for blanket consent, a waiver of privacy rights or a replacement for a legally required data processing agreement. Where consent is required, it must be obtained through an appropriate choice. Our Terms of Service govern the commercial service relationship but do not override nonwaivable privacy rights.

Questions and privacy requests: [email protected]. Further contact information appears in section 16.

2. Our role and the seller’s role

For our own account administration, subscription billing, support, website operations, security and legal compliance, we determine the purposes and means of processing to the extent described here and permitted by law. Where relevant law uses these terms, we generally act as a controller or business for those activities.

When a seller instructs us to import orders, deliver its digital goods, send messages, maintain its customer records or apply its delivery rules, we process Buyer information on that seller’s behalf. For that processing, we generally act as a processor or service provider, or a subprocessor when the seller itself acts for another organization. The actual activity and applicable law determine the role.

The seller controls its sales, recipient selection, product content and configured fulfillment instructions. Its own privacy notice explains its lawful basis, selling practices and use of Buyer information. A Buyer should normally contact the seller first about an order, refund or the seller’s data practices. You can also contact us: we will assess the request, address processing for which we are responsible, and assist or refer it to the relevant seller where appropriate. This does not require you to waive rights against EZDZSEND.

Connecting a marketplace or payment provider does not make every participant subject to one privacy notice. Those providers may process information independently for their own purposes. Where we appoint a vendor to process information for us, our own obligations concerning that vendor remain applicable.

3. Information we collect and its sources

The information involved depends on your role, enabled features and the data a seller or provider supplies. We obtain it directly from you, from sellers and their connected platforms, from payment and service providers, and automatically through use of the Services.

Payment details entered into provider-hosted payment fields are handled by the payment provider. Our application uses payment references and limited billing/payment-method details to administer accounts; those flows are not designed to store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes in our application database. Do not send those details in tickets or uploads.

Information required to create an account, authenticate, process payment or deliver an order must be provided for the corresponding function to work. Optional profile fields and content depend on your choices. A seller may manually add a person to a reminder or restock list even if that person has not previously placed an order.

Do not submit unnecessary health information, government identity documents, biometric information or other sensitive material in product files, templates or support attachments. Account and integration credentials may themselves qualify as sensitive information under applicable law; we use them to authenticate, connect and protect the relevant service, subject to applicable restrictions.

4. How and why information is used

We use information for the following purposes, as applicable to the relationship and feature:

  • Create and manage accounts; authenticate users; send verification and account-recovery messages; maintain preferences and account security.
  • Connect stores, receive and reconcile orders, allocate inventory, deliver files or codes, provide Buyer access, synchronize supported status/stock fields and carry out seller-authorized refunds, resends or replacements.
  • Send messages, reminders and restock notifications selected by sellers, and display seller-authored branding and FAQs to the intended audience.
  • Administer subscriptions, invoices, usage allowances, prepaid credits, automatic reloads, payment authentication, billing corrections and refunds.
  • Provide support, investigate failures, troubleshoot integrations and maintain service reliability and capacity.
  • Apply configured restrictions, detect suspicious or automated activity, investigate misuse and protect accounts, infrastructure and rights.
  • Produce account and sales reports, understand feature usage and improve service performance. Seller-facing customer reports are associated with that seller’s records; calling a report “analytics” does not make its underlying data anonymous.
  • Record legal acknowledgements, manage privacy requests, investigate copyright or other complaints, meet legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.
  • Communicate with account holders about service changes. We may introduce promotional emails about EZDZSEND products or offers in the future, subject to the recipient eligibility, consent and unsubscribe requirements described in sections 5 and 11. This does not mean targeted advertising is currently active.

For information we process on a seller’s behalf, the seller supplies the lawful instructions and determines its purposes. We do not obtain permission to repurpose Buyer information for unrelated activities merely because it passes through the Services. Use for any independent purpose must have its own lawful basis and appropriate transparency.

5. Legal bases where required

Where EEA, UK or another applicable law requires a legal basis, our independent processing relies on the basis appropriate to the particular purpose:

PurposeRelevant basis
Providing the Services to an individual account holder and administering their subscriptionPerformance of our contract, or requested steps before entering it
Managing an organization’s contacts, routine service support and operational improvementsLegitimate interests in administering business relationships and operating a useful, reliable service, balanced against individuals’ rights
Account security, misuse prevention, necessary logging and defending claimsLegitimate interests in protecting users, systems and legal rights, or a legal obligation where one applies
Required accounting, tax records, legally required disclosures and rights-request handlingCompliance with applicable legal obligations
Optional tracking or electronic marketing where consent is requiredConsent, obtained through the appropriate interface or communication process
Permitted business marketing where consent is not requiredLegitimate interests in communicating relevant service information, subject to applicable messaging rules and the right to object

Contract necessity applies only where the relevant individual is party to that contract; a seller’s contract with us does not automatically provide a contract basis for every use of Buyer data. For processing performed on a seller’s behalf, the seller must identify its applicable legal basis and provide appropriate instructions and notices. We remain responsible for duties that apply directly to us.

You may object to our processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling on that basis. You may object to our direct marketing at any time. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact [email protected] or use the applicable preference control.

6. Cookies, browser storage and embedded services

The Services use cookies and similar browser storage for authentication, security, session continuity, preferences and supported functions. Session storage generally lasts for the browser session; persistent storage can remain until it expires or is cleared. Signing out, clearing storage and deleting an account are different actions and may affect different records.

The public website includes a cookie-preference service. Use the available cookie controls and the Cookie Policy to review the technologies disclosed for the page you visit and manage optional categories. Required consent must be obtained before activating technologies for which applicable law requires it. Cookie choices may need to be repeated after clearing storage, using another device or browser, or visiting a separately operated application domain.

Third-party functionality can involve communication from your browser to another provider. Examples include enabled reCAPTCHA bot checks, payment interfaces, template-editor resources and externally hosted web fonts or images. Those requests can expose your IP address and browser/request information to the provider. The categories, purposes and any required choices must reflect the functionality actually enabled, not merely a provider’s marketing label.

Browser settings can block or delete cookies and other storage, but doing so may prevent login or other requested functions. A browser setting alone does not delete information already held on our servers. Advertising, sale/sharing and recognized browser opt-out signals are addressed in section 12. This notice does not characterize every third-party technology as strictly necessary.

7. Who receives information

We disclose information as needed for the purposes above to these recipients:

  • The relevant seller and its authorized recipients: order, Buyer, delivery, restriction, report and support information associated with that seller’s use. Seller-configured email recipients, including CC addresses, can receive the information contained in those messages. We may make seller-selected profile information and content visible on delivery pages as configured.
  • Connected commerce and payment platforms: the information necessary for the integrations and instructions you enable, such as order lookup, fulfillment status, inventory synchronization or supported refunds. Platform information returned to us may also update your records.
  • Infrastructure and operational providers: providers of cloud hosting, database services, file storage and content delivery, website operation, security/bot checks, cookie preferences, email delivery, payment processing and embedded editing tools. Other service functionality includes Stripe billing, enabled Google reCAPTCHA and Unlayer-based editing; the public website includes CookieYes. Providers used for a particular activity depend on the deployed configuration and seller-selected services.
  • Authorized personnel and professional advisers: people who need the information for account operations, support, troubleshooting, security, accounting or legal advice, subject to appropriate access restrictions and confidentiality obligations.
  • Authorities and parties to legal matters: where required by applicable law or valid legal process, or where lawfully necessary to investigate abuse, protect rights or address a claim. A rights complaint or response may be shared with affected parties, including relevant contact details where appropriate; do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
  • Parties to a business transaction: where lawfully necessary for evaluating or completing a merger, financing, reorganization or sale of business/assets, with appropriate confidentiality and other safeguards. We will provide additional notice where legally required.

We distinguish providers acting on our instructions from providers independently determining their own purposes. Appointment of a vendor does not remove our own privacy obligations. This list does not represent that each named provider receives every category of data or that a complete contractual subprocessor list has already been agreed.

8. International processing

EZDZSEND is located in the United States. Information may be accessed or processed outside the country where you live by us, our service providers or the integrations you use. Our US business location does not establish the location of every processing activity. We do not provide a country-specific data-residency guarantee through this notice.

Where applicable law restricts an international transfer, the transfer requires a valid legal mechanism and appropriate safeguards. Depending on the circumstances, these may involve an applicable adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards, together with any required assessment and supplementary measures. These examples do not represent that every mechanism is used for every transfer, or that EZDZSEND holds a particular certification.

Contact [email protected] for information about relevant international processing and safeguards, including how to obtain a copy where applicable, subject to lawful redaction of confidential information. Further disclosures will be provided where required by law. Use of the Services or acknowledgement of this notice is not blanket consent to an otherwise unlawful transfer.

9. Retention, account closure and deletion

We retain personal information for the purposes for which it is needed, subject to applicable law, valid instructions where we act for a seller, and any binding data processing agreement. The relevant criteria include the account or order lifecycle, need to provide requested access/support, legal recordkeeping duties, unresolved disputes, security needs and applicable limitation periods. We should not retain every record indefinitely simply because a dispute is theoretically possible.

Record categoryRetention considerations
Account and business profileOperation of the account; after closure, justified identification, billing, abuse-prevention or legal needs. Closure may leave a disabled account record rather than erase the entire profile immediately.
Orders, inventory, delivery and Buyer informationSeller instructions, requested fulfillment/access, correction and refund needs, applicable duties, and deletion of the associated content or account.
Billing, credit and invoice recordsAccounting/tax obligations, payment reconciliation, fraud checks and unresolved financial disputes. Payment providers may have separate legal retention duties.
Support, reminders and communicationsResolution of the request or waitlist purpose, relevant follow-up, and justified dispute records.
Security, access and technical recordsInvestigation, detection and resolution of incidents, operational troubleshooting and justified evidence needs. Different logs and temporary authentication records have different lifecycles.
Legal acknowledgements, privacy requests and preferencesEvidence of the actual action, responding to legal requests, and maintaining necessary objection/suppression records. Retention must have a justified duration.
Backups and disaster-recovery copiesThe applicable backup rotation and recovery process, restricted use, and any legally necessary preservation. Deletion from live storage may precede removal from backups.

Account closure immediately disables normal account access and initiates deletion of associated operational content. Complete erasure of every record is a separate process: the application can retain a disabled account record, including identifiers, and some records may remain for the justified purposes described above. We do not promise immediate erasure from every backup, provider system or legally retained record. Cancelling renewal does not itself delete the account. Removing an integration does not necessarily erase historical transactions, provider records or previously delivered messages/files.

Some operational statuses are distinct from erasure. For example, a held-order record may be marked expired after seven days without being deleted. Verification-code expiry likewise does not establish when every related email, security event or backup disappears.

We assess erasure and restriction requests separately from ordinary account closure. Where an exception permits or requires retention, we will explain it where required and limit retention/use appropriately. A legal hold may delay deletion of relevant records, not justify indefinite retention of unrelated data. We cannot erase a message already received by another party or a file a Buyer has independently saved through a command to our own systems.

10. Security

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse and alteration, appropriate to the Services and applicable obligations. The application includes access controls, password-verification protections, verification/security settings, upload validation and controlled file-access mechanisms. These features do not establish a guarantee of complete security, comprehensive malware detection or recipient identity.

Protect your account, connected-provider credentials and delivery links. Use available security controls and contact [email protected] promptly about suspected unauthorized access or disclosure. Avoid including passwords, full card information or sensitive files in ordinary support messages.

No storage or transmission method is entirely secure. This qualification does not waive our statutory security duties or place responsibility for our own failures on you. We will assess suspected personal-data breaches and provide notifications and assistance required by applicable law and any binding agreement.

11. Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on your location, our role and applicable law, you may have rights to confirm processing, access or obtain a copy of information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict processing, receive portable information, object to certain uses, withdraw consent, or opt out of specified advertising, sale/sharing or profiling activities. These rights have conditions and exceptions; we will assess the applicable right rather than require you to agree that no right exists.

Send requests to [email protected], with the subject “Privacy Request.” Identify your relationship to EZDZSEND and, if relevant, the seller/store and order involved. Include enough information to locate the record, without sending passwords or full payment details. You may also use available profile and preference controls for routine updates.

We may ask for proportionate information to verify identity or authority before disclosing, deleting or changing records. We will not ask for information unrelated to that verification need. Where authorized agents are permitted, they may submit a request with appropriate evidence of authority; additional verification may be needed. We will respond within applicable statutory periods and explain extensions, exceptions or refusals where required. Fees apply only where and to the extent permitted by law. We will not unlawfully discriminate or retaliate for exercising privacy rights.

You do not need an EZDZSEND account to contact us about your privacy rights. We do not require identity verification for advertising or sale/sharing opt-outs where law prohibits that requirement, although we may need limited information to associate the request with the correct browser or record.

For seller-controlled Buyer records, we may need to route the request to the seller or act on its lawful instructions. We will not disclose another person’s data or circumvent an appropriate security check to satisfy a request. If you cannot identify or reach the seller, provide the available order details so we can assess how to assist.

If we introduce promotional emails, we may use the email addresses of our own account holders and people who have separately subscribed to receive EZDZSEND marketing, where permitted by applicable law. We will obtain consent where required, identify the sender and promotional nature appropriately, include required postal contact information, and provide a clear, working unsubscribe method in each promotional message. We will honor opt-outs within the applicable legal period and retain only the suppression information needed to respect the choice. A paid account or acknowledgement of this policy is not blanket marketing consent.

Buyer email addresses supplied by sellers for order fulfillment are not automatically part of EZDZSEND’s marketing list. We will not use those addresses for our own unrelated promotions solely because a seller uses the Services. Any separate marketing relationship with a Buyer must be lawfully established, with appropriate notice and consent where required, consistent with our contractual and processor obligations.

You may stop our promotional emails using their unsubscribe method or by contacting [email protected]. Essential account, security, billing and legal communications may continue while relevant to your relationship with us; adding promotional content does not automatically make a message essential. For a seller’s marketing, use that sender’s controls or contact the seller; we can assess requests concerning our part in the processing.

Where a right to appeal applies, reply to our decision or email the privacy address with the subject “Privacy Appeal.” We will review and respond within the applicable period and provide further complaint information where required. You may complain directly to your competent privacy regulator or other authority without first using our internal process. For UK matters, this includes the Information Commissioner’s Office; for EEA matters, the competent supervisory authority may be where you live, work or where the alleged infringement occurred.

12. Additional US state disclosures

Where an applicable US state privacy law covers our activities and your information, the categories, sources, purposes, recipients and retention criteria in sections 3–9 describe the relevant collection and business-purpose disclosures. These include identifiers, customer/account records, commercial information, internet/electronic activity and inferences reflected in configured restriction or fraud records. Account credentials can qualify as sensitive personal information; business contact information may also be protected.

We do not sell personal information. We do not currently use personal information for targeted advertising or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Possible future promotional emails about our own Services are described in section 11; they do not mean we currently operate an advertising-tracking or customer-list advertising program.

If we later introduce targeted advertising or a disclosure that qualifies as sale or sharing under applicable law, we will first provide the required disclosures about the information, purposes and recipients, establish a lawful basis and any required consent, and implement the applicable opt-out controls. This notice does not authorize that future activity in advance. In particular, submitting an email address for an account or order is not, by itself, permission to upload it to an advertising audience.

You may contact [email protected] with questions about our advertising practices or an applicable privacy choice. Promotional-email preferences can be exercised under section 11. If sale/sharing or targeted advertising is introduced, email requests will supplement, and not replace, any legally required on-site opt-out control or browser-signal handling.

To exercise applicable rights, use the privacy-request process in section 11. Where required by law, recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control must be honored for the activities they cover; those signals do not automatically request account deletion or unsubscribe from email. Any separately required notice at collection or prominent opt-out link must also be supplied through the relevant collection interface. These disclosures do not represent that every state privacy law applies to every visitor or that acknowledging this notice consents to restricted processing.

13. Automated checks and delivery restrictions

The Services perform automated operations such as routing orders, checking account/subscription state and comparing transaction details against seller-configured delivery restrictions. Those restrictions may consider email or domain, IP entries, customer status, amounts, quantities or transaction frequency. Depending on the result, delivery can be delayed or blocked. An enabled bot-check provider may also score activity and cause an authentication request to be rejected.

These checks are not conclusive findings that a person committed fraud. IP addresses can be shared or change, external information may be inaccurate and seller settings may produce errors. For a seller’s decision, contact that seller for an explanation or review. Contact our privacy address for a decision concerning our own processing. Where applicable law provides rights concerning solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, we will address requests for the required information, review or challenge process. Not every automated operational check has that legal classification.

14. Children and sensitive submissions

EZDZSEND accounts are intended for adults aged 18 or older. The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not seek to collect their personal information through our own account registration. Sellers may supply Buyer information without an age field; the adult account requirement does not establish that all Buyers are adults.

Sellers must comply with the laws governing their own audience and must not instruct unlawful processing of children’s information. If you believe a child has provided information to us in circumstances requiring special protection, contact [email protected]. We will assess the information and our role, coordinate with the relevant seller where appropriate, and take measures required by applicable law, including obtaining any required authorization or deleting information as appropriate. This notice does not itself provide parental consent or excuse duties that apply directly to us.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this notice as our practices or legal requirements change. We will identify the updated date and give additional notice of material changes through appropriate channels, such as the website, account or registered email. We will obtain consent or take other steps where required before applying a new use to information already collected.

Acknowledgement of an updated notice is not consent to every processing activity and does not waive existing rights. A changed date cannot by itself authorize processing that otherwise lacks a lawful basis. The notice applicable to earlier practices remains relevant to those practices.
