The Credit Guidelines section explains how credits are deducted in the EZDZSEND platform. This helps sellers understand how their credit balance is affected by different platform actions and ensures transparency in credit usage.
How Credits Are Deducted #
- Transaction Deduction – For each successful transaction, 1 credit is deducted from the seller’s account. This includes all standard transactions where a buyer purchases a product. But If transaction is in Pending then 1 credit will not be deducted.
- Other Actions – Credits are also deducted for additional transaction-related actions, including:
- Resend – Sending a product or file again to the buyer.
- Replacement – Sending a replacement product to the buyer.
- Manual Transactions – When a seller manually adds a transaction via the Add Transaction feature.
⚠️ Important: Refunds, whether Partial Refund or Full Refund, do not deduct any credits from the seller’s account.
Happy Hour Mode #
EZDZSEND provides a Happy Hour Mode, which allows sellers to perform transactions without deducting any credits.
- During Happy Hour Mode, sellers can perform any number of transactions or actions, and no credits will be deducted.

Summary #
- 1 credit per transaction or applicable action is the standard deduction.
- Credits are not deducted for refunds.
- Happy Hour Mode overrides standard deduction rules, ensuring no credits are used.
