EZDZSEND uses subscription-based billing. Sellers choose a plan that includes transactions, connected stores, and file storage. Eligible plans also support prepaid usage credits for transactions beyond the included allowance.
The Billing section allows sellers to manage their plan, track usage, add credits, and review upcoming payments.
How it works #
To get started, sellers can:
- Go to Billing Management → Billing.
- Choose an available subscription plan.
- Select monthly or yearly billing where available.
- Start an eligible free trial or complete payment.
- Use the transactions, stores, and storage included in the plan.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected billing interval unless cancellation is scheduled.
Is a Free Trial Available? #
Plans with a free trial allow sellers to get started without a credit card. The trial duration is shown when selecting the plan, and each account can use a free trial once.
If the trial ends without a payment method, the subscription pauses and digital delivery stops. The seller can return to the Billing page, add a payment method, and complete payment to continue.
If a payment method is added during the trial, the subscription can renew automatically when the trial ends.
How Are Transactions Counted? #
The following actions each count as one transaction:
- Order Delivery – Delivering a digital purchase.
- Resend – Resending a previous purchase.
- Replacement – Issuing a replacement.
An order that remains pending or on hold is not counted until it is processed for delivery. Partial and full refunds do not use an additional transaction.
Unused included transactions do not carry over. The allowance resets when a new billing period starts.
What Happens After the Included Allowance Is Used? #
Sellers on eligible plans can enable usage credits and add a prepaid balance to cover extra transactions.
The included allowance is used first. After it runs out, each extra transaction deducts an amount from the credit balance at the seller’s plan rate.
If usage credits are disabled or the balance is insufficient, further deliveries are held. The seller can add credits, upgrade the plan, or wait for the next allowance period.
Plans that do not support extra transactions require an upgrade or a new billing period before additional deliveries can continue.
How Do Sellers Add Usage Credits? #
From the Usage Credits section on the Billing page, sellers can choose an amount, review the total, and complete payment.
The balance is added after payment is confirmed. Any applicable tax is charged separately and does not become spendable balance.
Purchased usage credits do not expire. They cover extra transactions only and do not replace the subscription or increase store and storage limits.
Sellers can also enable auto-reload to attempt an automatic top-up when their balance reaches a selected threshold.
What Happens If the Credit Balance Is Zero? #
A zero credit balance does not stop delivery while the seller still has included transactions and subscription access.
Once the included allowance is exhausted, sufficient usage credits are required for extra transactions on eligible plans. Without them, further deliveries are held until the seller restores the required allowance or balance.
Can Sellers Change Their Plan? #
Sellers can manage plan changes from the Billing page.
- Upgrade – Takes effect after payment succeeds. The seller can review the charge before confirming.
- Downgrade – Takes effect at the next renewal. Existing stores and stored files must fit within the smaller plan’s limits.
- Cancellation – Managed through the billing portal, where the available options and effective date are shown.
Upgrading during a free trial ends the trial and starts the paid plan.
Where Can Sellers View Payments and Invoices? #
The Billing page shows current usage, renewal details, and an estimate of the upcoming invoice.
Sellers can open Billing Management → Billing History to review previous charges, payment statuses, and available invoice documents.
