The Customer Records feature provides sellers with a centralized view of all their customers across all platforms and stores connected to EZDZSEND. This section helps sellers track customer activity, purchase behavior, and trust status in one place.
In the Customer Records table, sellers can view detailed information for each customer, including their purchase history and transaction summary. This allows sellers to better understand customer behavior and manage relationships effectively.
Customer Records Table Overview #
The table displays the following information for each customer:
- Customer Name – The name of the customer.
- Email – The customer’s email address.
- First Purchase – The date of the customer’s first transaction.
- Last Purchase – The date of the most recent transaction.
- Amount – The total amount spent by the customer across all transactions.
- TX No – The total number of transactions made by the customer.
- Refund – The total refunded amount associated with the customer.
- Whitelist / Blacklist Status –
- Displays Whitelist if the customer is whitelisted.
- Displays Blacklist if the customer is blacklisted.
- Displays — if no status is assigned.

This feature gives sellers a clear overview of customer activity and reliability, helping them identify loyal customers, monitor refund behavior, and manage customer trust efficiently.
