First, check the delivery status in your EZDZSend dashboard.
- Go to Orders and search for the customer’s email or order ID.
- Verify if the file was successfully delivered or if there was an error.
If delivery failed, common reasons may include:
- Incorrect email entered at checkout
- File inventory was empty at the time of purchase
- Store wasn’t properly linked or synced
✅ Tip: You can manually resend the product using the “Resend” button under the order actions menu.
