The Top Customers report ranks customers by their sales activity. Use it to see which customers placed the most orders, generated the most sales, or received the most refunds during a selected period.
Go to Sales Analytics → Top Customers to open the report. By default, it shows the last 30 days, including today, and ranks customers by Sales Amount.
Filter Customers
Use the filters above the table to narrow the report:
- Platform – Show customers from a selected platform.
- Store – Show customers from a specific store. Select a platform first to enable this filter.
- Inventory – Show activity associated with a selected inventory item.
- Email – Find a customer by their exact email address.
- Top – Limit the ranking to a specified number of customers. Leave it empty to include all matching customers.
- Date Range – Choose the period to review.
Click Search to apply the filters, or Reset to return to the default view.
Top Customers Table #
The table displays:
- # – The customer’s position in the full ranking.
- Customer – The customer’s name, when available.
- Email – The customer’s email address.
- Orders – Successful orders in the selected period.
- Sales Amount – The amount from those successful orders.
- Refunded – Refunds recorded in the selected period.
- Files Sent – Delivered files or codes in the selected period; resends are excluded.
- Last Order – The customer’s most recent successful order with the seller. This date can be outside the selected period and is not limited by the Platform, Store, or Inventory filters.
Customers are grouped by email address. If Inventory is selected, the order, sales, refund, and delivery figures reflect that inventory item.
Sort and Download Results
Select Sales Amount, Orders, or Refunded in the table header to rank customers by that figure. The highest figure appears first.
Use the controls below the table to move between pages or change the number of rows shown. Where access is available, click Download CSV to export the full filtered ranking, including results on other pages.
