EZDZSEND uses subscription-based billing. Sellers choose a plan with an included transaction allowance and limits for connected stores and file storage. Eligible plans also support prepaid usage credits for transactions beyond the included allowance.
The Billing page lets sellers manage their plan, track usage, add credits, and review upcoming payments.
How it works #
To get started, sellers can:
- Go to Billing Management → Billing.
- Choose an available subscription plan.
- Select monthly or yearly billing where available.
- Start a free trial if eligible and offered on the selected plan, or complete payment.
- Use the transactions, stores, and storage included in the plan.
Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected billing interval unless cancellation is scheduled.
Is a Free Trial Available? #
Some plans offer a free trial. Eligible new sellers can start the trial without a credit card. The trial duration is shown when selecting the plan. A seller who has already used a trial or had a paid subscription cannot start another free trial.
If the trial ends without a payment method, the subscription pauses and digital delivery stops. The seller can add a payment method and complete payment to continue.
If a payment method is added during the trial, the subscription can be charged when the trial ends.
How Are Transactions Counted? #
Each of these actions counts as one transaction when completed:
- Order Delivery – Delivering a digital purchase.
- Resend – Resending a previous purchase.
- Replacement – Issuing a replacement.
- Restock reminder – Sending one restock email to a customer.
- Send Message – Sending a message to a buyer.
- Case response – Sending a response from the Cases section.
An order that remains pending or on hold is not counted until it is processed for delivery. A partial or full refund does not use an additional transaction.
Unused included transactions do not carry over. The allowance resets at the start of a new billing period.
What Happens After the Included Allowance Is Used? #
Sellers on eligible plans can enable usage credits and add a prepaid balance for extra transactions.
The included allowance is used first. Once it is exhausted, each extra transaction deducts an amount from the credit balance at the plan’s rate.
If usage credits are disabled or the balance cannot cover the next extra transaction, further deliveries are held. The seller can add credits, upgrade the plan, or wait for the next allowance period.
Plans that do not support extra transactions require an upgrade or a new billing period before further deliveries can continue.
How Do Sellers Add Usage Credits? #
From Usage Credits on the Billing page, sellers can choose an amount, review the total, and complete payment.
The prepaid balance is added after payment is confirmed. Any applicable tax is charged separately and does not become spendable balance.
Purchased usage credits do not expire. They cover extra transactions only; they do not replace the subscription or increase store and storage limits.
Sellers can also enable auto-reload to attempt a top-up when their balance reaches a selected threshold.
What Happens If the Credit Balance Is Zero? #
A zero credit balance does not stop delivery while the seller still has included transactions and full subscription access.
After the included allowance is exhausted, a seller on an eligible plan needs usage credits enabled and enough balance to cover each extra transaction. Otherwise, further deliveries are held until the required allowance or balance is available.
Can Sellers Change Their Plan? #
Sellers can manage available plan changes from the Billing page.
- Upgrade – Takes effect after payment succeeds. The seller can review the charge before confirming.
- Downgrade – The new plan starts at the next billing period. Once the downgrade is scheduled, the smaller store and storage limits apply to new usage.
- Cancellation – Sellers can schedule cancellation from the Billing page. The subscription continues until the end of the current period.
Upgrading during a free trial ends the trial and starts the paid plan. Enterprise plans are managed separately and may not offer self-service plan changes.
Where Can Sellers View Payments and Invoices? #
The Billing page shows current usage, renewal details, and an estimate of the upcoming invoice.
Sellers can open Billing Management → Billing History to review previous charges, payment statuses, and available invoice documents.
