How do I import orders from WooCommerce?

You can manually fetch a missing order from your WooCommerce store using the WooCommerce Import Order by ID feature.

Steps:

1. Go to Sidebar Menu → Transaction → Import Orders
2. Select WooCommerce as the platform
3. Choose the store linked to your WooCommerce account
4. Select Import By → Order ID
5. Enter the WooCommerce Order ID
   • ⚠️ Important: Use the order ID from the WooCommerce admin panel URL.
   • Example: Open the order details in WooCommerce, and look at the URL:
     https://yourstore.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=1254&action=edit → here, 1254 is the WooCommerce Order ID.
6. Click Submit

Result:

• The specific order appears in the Import Transaction List with Pending status
• You can Accept Buyer to move it to the main Transaction List or Cancel if needed

Note:

Ensures no WooCommerce sales are lost due to webhook or sync issues

Imported orders always start as Pending

No duplicate orders are created
